With more than 15 years of experience in key strategic roles within the corporate issuer, vendor and Big 4 consulting environments, Geoff offers a unique, broad perspective on global executive compensation best practices.
Before joining ISP Advisors, Geoff was the Head of Compensation at Lincoln Financial Group. There he led the planning, design and delivery of all Compensation and Performance Management programs for Lincoln’s 8,000+ employees. Prior to Lincoln, Geoff spent a decade as a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Global Human Resource Solutions (GHRS) Total Rewards consulting practice. In that role, he assisted some of the world’s top public companies in extending their stock option, restricted stock and ESPP programs to employees in over 100 countries. Geoff also spent considerable time addressing domestic executive compensation strategy, governance, administration and taxation (Code Sections 83, 162(m), 280G and 409A).
Geoff is a member of the Board of Directors of the NASPP Philadelphia Chapter, and has been a speaker at numerous industry events, including E*TRADE Directions, Merrill Lynch’s Annual Retirement Client Conference, the NASPP Annual Conference and the GEO International Conference.
Geoff holds a B.S. in Economics from Cornell University and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law.
