Ashneel has extensive experience in equity compensation management and handling participant support services.  Prior to joining ISP Advisors, Ashneel worked as a Senior Implementation Manger and 10b5-1 Broker with E*TRADE Financial and Equiniti.  Ashneel is passionate about participant education and platform ease of use. He has been a driver in several initiatives around Online 10b5-1 Dashboards, Online ESPP Enrollments, and RSU/A Tax Collection modules.  Ashneel has a proven track record of working across multiple groups, internal and external, to successfully complete new implementations or day-to-day management of equity plans. Ashneel has completed CEP Level 1 and has previously held Series 7 and Series 63 Licenses. When the opportunity of downtime arrives, Ashneel can be found outdoors on an adventure or with a good Space Sci-Fy book in hand.

Adam Cahn

Managing Director

Adam is a CPA with more than 25 years of experience providing consulting services to finance and accounting departments. His specialties include building and restructuring finance departments and their systems, creating and documenting policies and procedures and enhancing the quality of the financial reporting information.

In 2006, Adam joined Smith Barney Global Stock Plan Services (“MSSB”) as one of the chief architects of their FAS123(R) financial reporting service. During his six years at MSSB, he was responsible for (i) testing and enhancing the beta version of EASi’s equity accounting software (the tool ultimately selected to service MSSB’s clients) (ii) designing and implementing MSSB’s financial reporting service delivery model (iii) training the team of Financial Reporting Managers that supported the tool and (iv) directly supporting MSSB’s largest and most complex financial reporting clients. Adam was also responsible for developing the ESPP and FAS128 Earnings Per Share reporting modules that were later added to MSSB’s proprietary version of EASi.

Adam’s technical accounting expertise eventually allowed him to assume the Financial Reporting Product Manager role at MSSB where he focused on crafting solutions for clients’ discrete accounting issues as well as the organization’s broader equity accounting software development needs.

Jennifer Edwards

Managing Director

Jennifer Edwards has worked in the compensation field for over 15 years with deep experience in equity plan and ESPP administration, as well as broad-based and executive compensation. She has a broad range of stock administration experience including implementation and daily management of these programs from both a corporate issuer and vendor perspective.

Through her background working for multiple large, global issuers, Jennifer has collaborated effectively with a variety of functional disciplines and levels within the companies she supported. From processing and communicating Board compensation (cash retainers and stock grants) to reviewing SEC form filings to tracking share ownership against established guidelines, she is comfortable interacting with senior management and their financial advisors. Jennifer also has extensive experience with the design, implementation and daily management of broad-based qualified and non-qualified ESPP programs.

Previously, Jennifer was an Implementation Project Manager with Computershare, responsible for the implementation of new clients. Prior to that, she was a Client Relationship Manager/Stock Plan Administrator with Morgan Stanley, responsible for overseeing the day to day administration of nearly 50 corporate client Plans.

Kate Fournillier

Managing Director

Kate Fournillier has worked in compensation for over 13 years and has experience in equity plan management, UK Save As You Earn (SAYE) administration, and in executive compensation matters. She has a broad range of stock administration experience including implementation and daily management of both fully in-house and fully outsourced programs. Kate has hands on experience managing all aspects of stock-based compensation program, including processing and communicating stock grants, managing SEC form filings, tracking share ownership against established guidelines, managing employees stock purchase plan (ESPP) and UK Save As You Earn program (SAYE).

Prior to joining ISP Advisors, Kate managed the ESPP program at Medtronic. Prior to that, she was the Manager for Stock Plan and Retirement Plan Administration with Covidien. Working for large, global issuers, Kate has collaborated effectively with a variety of functional disciplines and levels within the companies she supported.

Kate is a past presenter at the Global Equity Organization conferences. Kate holds a B.S. in Finance from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Howard University.

VP Gedipudi

Managing Director

VP has deep experience dealing with various brokerage platforms and delivering equity administration solutions to employees of large multi-national companies. Leveraging his unique combination of engineering, outsourcing, and brokerage expertise, he collaborates with his clients to address the challenges associated with implementing global equity plans and delivering automated solutions in a highly cost effective manner.

Previously, VP was Vice President with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney responsible for the implementation of new clients and as part of First Response Team to analyze any issues prior to sending to appropriate technology teams for further analysis and/or remediation. Prior to that, VP was the Director of Accounting and Tax Solutions with Stock & Option Solutions where he had built a suite of automated solutions for identifying and fixing issues related to the backdating of stock options as well as ongoing tracking of issue grants until they are all settled. At Cisco, VP was the manager for Stock Administration Operations. He was also responsible for in-house stock administration system in a multi-broker environment. He was the lead for SOX processes, and managed the transition of one broker with another. VP had also served on Client Advisory Board and/or Client User Board with Smith Barney and UBS Financial Services while at Cisco. VP also has extensive experience assisting client tax and accounting teams with reports related to tracking APB25, FAS123R, DTA/APIC, expensing and dilution forecasts, and Options/Restricted/ESPP valuations.

Fariha Husnain, CEP

Managing Director

Fariha has over eight years of experience in equity compensation management and handling participant support services. She has a strong track record of managing complex equity plans, mergers and acquisitions and provides day-to-day administrative services for both private and publicly traded companies.

Prior to joining ISP Advisors, Fariha worked as a Product Manager and Client Service Manager with E*TRADE Financial, where she supported equity compensation plans for private, emerging and large public companies. She has hands on experience working on all aspects of stock plan administration from routine transactional processing to financial reporting for plan sponsors that fully outsourced their plan administration as well as those that partially outsource their plan administration.

Fariha brings extensive hands on experience in administering domestic and international stock plan for private and public companies. Her expertise include both the day-to-day administration of equity plans as well as managing strategic stock plan initiatives such as participant communications, new plan implementation and data analysis.

Fariha is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and previously held FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 Licenses. Fariha holds Masters in Science in Anthropology from Quaid-i-Azam University.

Kurt Markert

Managing Director

Kurt Markert has over 20 years of experience in equity plan, employee benefits outsourcing, and brokerage services.  Leveraging his combination of client servicing and project management experience, outsourcing, operations, and brokerage expertise, Kurt has successfully served many domestic and multinational employers.

Kurt has developed systems and operational strategy to successfully manage complex stock plan tasks related to corporate events, including mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs.  He has intimate knowledge of all phases of stock plan database setup and data conversion.  He has working knowledge of many of the stock plan record-keeping and administration platforms including: Equity Edge, Optionease, Shareworks, Trancentive, Fidelity Stock Plan Services, and MSSB’s Sapphire.

Kurt has supported pre-IPO clients as they transitioned their equity plan operations from the minimal state appropriate for privately held employers to the optimal state suitable for publicly traded employers.  Kurt has a proven track record of successfully collaborating with client’s HR, Treasury, Finance, Legal, and Payroll teams, and has extensive experience managing major equity plan events, including ESPP enrollment, purchases, and Restricted Stock releases.

Laurie McCarthy

Laurie McCarthy joined ISP Advisors in 2017 and has worked in the compensation field for over 13 years with extensive experience in long term incentive plan and ESPP implementation and administration for several large multinational plan sponsors with a presence in more than 30 countries.

Prior to joining ISP Advisors, Laurie held in-house compensation and payroll functions for Waters Corporation and Sensata Technologies, where she managed executive compensation, from planning, implementing, and communicating new stock plan programs to administering and reporting Board of Directors’ compensation, SEC form filings, preparing compensation committee materials, and annual Proxy reporting.

Laurie is a past presenter and current member of the Board of Directors of the NASPP Boston Chapter and holds a B.S. in Economics from Northeastern University.

Kevin O’Neil

Managing Director

Kevin O’Neil has worked in compensation for over 13 years with experience in equity plan and ESPP administration as well as broad-based and executive compensation. He has a broad range of stock administration experience including management of fully in-house stock programs with no broker relationships, fully outsourced vendor solutions, and co-sourced programs with a combination of both.

Through his background working for multiple large, global issuers, Kevin has collaborated effectively with a variety of functional disciplines and levels within the companies he supported. From communicating and processing Board compensation (cash retainers and stock grants) to SEC form filings to tracking share ownership against established guidelines, he is comfortable interacting with senior management and their financial advisors. Kevin also has extensive experience with broad-based compensation programs such as qualified and non-qualified ESPP programs as well as several years supporting the operations organization of a multi-national life sciences company as a senior compensation analyst.

Designing and managing SOX controls and processes related to both systems (vendor systems, Peoplesoft) and internal procedures is another strong skillset that Kevin adds to the ISP Advisors team.

Angela Shamery

Managing Director

Angela has over twenty years of experience in equity compensation.  Before joining ISP Advisors, Angela spent twenty-nine years with Herman Miller, Inc., where she rolled out and managed all types of stock-based incentive pay awards and managed its Employee Stock Purchase Plan.  As a long-term committed employee to Herman Miller, Inc., her twenty years spent in equity compensation have included diverse and complex matters.  She has been challenged in issues related to both equity administration and accounting often requiring research to implement the ever-changing equity award features, rules and regulations.  A previous C-Suite executive described Angela as “always being a unique combination of super pleasant and competent”.  She strives to provide value-added services to clients while maintaining a positive spirit and respectful communication within all levels of an organization and vendors.

Jennifer Tardif

Managing Director

Jen began her career in equity compensation as one of the first employees of a pre-IPO issuer company. During her 16 years there, Jen managed various aspects of corporate administration, through the IPO and beyond, including equity compensation, human resources, investor relations, corporate governance, and executive compensation. Jen was also closely involved with payroll, accounting, and SEC reporting. She also spent over four years at Fidelity focusing on client service in large plan payroll and executive compensation. During Jen’s 13+ years with Shareworks by Morgan Stanley (previously Solium and Transcentive), Jen held a variety of roles including Solutions Architect, Product Manager, and Senior Relationship Manager building on her industry knowledge and Shareworks expertise.

Jen has been a speaker at various industry events, webinars, and conferences. She has a BA in communications from the University of New Hampshire, an MBA from Rivier University, and is a Certified Equity Professional and a Certified Shareworks Master.

Jewon Wee

Managing Director

Jewon has been a trusted advisor to small to large multinational employers for 18 years. Leveraging his unique combination of advisory, outsourcing, and brokerage expertise, he collaborates with his clients to address the complex plan design, compliance, strategic communication and administrative challenges associated with global share plans in a highly cost effective manner.

Prior to founding the firm, Jewon was Vice President with Fidelity Investments. As a senior member of Fidelity’s stock plan product organization, he oversaw the development of innovative technology and people-based outsourcing solutions for globally offered stock plans. He joined Fidelity from Ernst & Young, where he advised clients on all aspects of designing and operating global assignment programs and global share plans, including tax, regulatory, payroll compliance, HR, financial, and administrative consideration.

Jewon has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Global Equity Organization since 2005, and has been a speaker at numerous industry conferences, including the Conference Board Executive Compensation Conferences, GEO Annual Conferences, NASPP Annual Conferences, and CEPI Symposiums.

He is a co-author of a chapter in GEOnomics ’11 book titled “Overcoming the Challenges of Equity Compensation Plan Service Provider Selection & Transition.”
